The first, the OG, the thing that started it all.
Community was the first concept partnership developed under RMC. A non-pretentious eatery located in Lafayette, Colorado created by locals, for locals all in the hopes of bringing people together. Community opened in the fall of 2016 and has truly become a staple of Lafayette. Ask anyone that lives in Lafayette what their favorite restaurant is and chances are they will say Community.

In Development
Birdhouse is currently in development under RMC. Coming to Erie, Colorado in early 2020. Birdhouse is the embodiment of what we do. Erie is a small town of under 30,000 people. It’s an amazing community that craves more diversity in its options for dining out and socializing. Birdhouse is bringing a truly novel concept to this small but burgeoning town; a place to gather, have great food and spirits with a rooftop patio + bar.
